Refund Policy

At HeyWoofie, we want you (and your furry friend) to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy — you have 60 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To process your return, you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin, please contact us at help@heywoofie.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on where and how to send your item.
Please note: items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (such as grooming or beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your current item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for what you’d like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
