At HeyWoofie, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible so you and your pup can start enjoying it right away!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
You’ll receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Canada (CA), the United Kingdom (UK), Germany (DE), and France (FR).
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as HeyWoofie is not responsible for any customs or import fees.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@heywoofie.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have restrictions when shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls under this category, please check the carrier’s specific policy or contact us before placing your order.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at help@heywoofie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make things right.
